Another after effects reel to show a selection of effects I did that would otherwise, hopefully, go unnoticed. The previous reel had effects that were invisible due to their realism; this one has effects that are invisible because they cannot be seen. Either because they were meant to erase unwanted elements in the scene, or because they needed to insert an item that was missing on set.

I any case, I tried to make it interesting to watch again. It doesn’t have the gore of the previous one so they’re a bit more sedate in nature. For you film and video producers out there, this is one of those skills I can be called in for; don’t throw away that perfect shot that had something wrong in the background. The director of North was very happy he could use his favorite take with my help. This is the only effect that I elaborate on just a little bit. In truth, it should be in a longer more elaborate tutorial, but that’s not what this reel is for; I wanted to keep it short. Admittedly, I end with some more obvious effects.
